Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription before its next renewal date by contacting us. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; work already scheduled or delivered in the current billing period may be completed or closed at our discretion.

Refunds

Because each package reserves strategy, production, and service capacity, payments for an active billing period are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If we are unable to provide the agreed service, please contact us so we can review a fair remedy.
